Lead Preschool Teacher
Cub House on the Bayou is seeking a caring and energetic Lead Preschool Teacher to join our early education team. In this role, you will create a safe, engaging classroom environment that supports children’s social, emotional, physical, and cognitive growth. Responsibilities include planning age-appropriate lessons and activities, tracking children’s progress, maintaining classroom records, communicating with families, and ensuring health and safety standards are met.
Qualifications:
Previous preschool or early childhood experience preferred. CDA, associate degree in Early Childhood Education, or related experience is a plus. Must have strong communication and organizational skills, creativity, patience, and a passion for working with young children. CPR and First Aid certification required or willingness to obtain and maintain certification.

Compensation: $14.00 - $20.00 per hour
